Ally Initiative
Even if you’re not part of a minority population, you can be a powerful advocate for a diverse and welcoming campus climate.
Social Justice Allies are members of a majority population at Susquehanna who help create an environment where diversity is valued. They take action to promote social equity, don’t shy away from difficult discussions, and seek different viewpoints.
Allies can be students, faculty or staff. The program includes a four-session core training that helps participants better understand diversity while developing skills to interact with differing people.
