Application for Employment
The application is primarily used for those who are applying for a facilities position. (Ex: Custodian, Housekeeping, Labor, etc.) All applications are kept for one year from the date of submission. An application for employment or addendum to resume or vitae must be completed by all employees in order to complete the background checking process.
