Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) – This application is required for any federal and/or state aid. Susquehanna University's school code is 003369. All schools will require this form.
CSS Profile Business/Farm Supplement – If your family owns a business or a farm, you are required to complete this supplemental form to the CSS Profile.
2008 Non-Tax Filer's Statement – This form is required for parent(s) of a dependent student who are exempt from the requirement to file a 2008 federal income tax return.
2009-10 Verification Form - Dependent Student - One-third of our student population is selected for "verfication." Please print, complete, and send this form to financial aid if you have been selected.
2009 Summer Financial Aid Application – This form is required for students seeking financial aid for Summer 2009 courses, both at Susquehanna and at other colleges and universities with the exception of non-participating institutions such as Pennsylvania State University.
