The Department of Art at Susquehanna University offers a dynamic range of major and minor programs that blend theory and practice. A dedicated, professionally active faculty guides the development of students’ aesthetic sensibilities. Our students find the department’s recently-updated facilities to be superb, accessible creative spaces.
If you are smart, creative, outgoing, ambitious, and thinking about majoring in art, we want to hear from you! Please contact Brent Wallisch in the Office of Admissions to arrange for a campus visit and time with art students and faculty. If you can, come for an overnight visit—it’s the best way to learn more about college, and we'll make sure you room with an art major.
