Neysa C. Adams Pro Se Assistance & Mediation Clinic
The Neysa C. Adams Pro Se Assistance and Mediation Clinic opened on October 20, 2008, supported by a Good Samaritan grant. It was established primarily to help residents of Northumberland, Snyder and Union Counties who are or will soon be involved in civil litigation, or are in conflict about an issue important to them. The clinic also serves individuals residing outside those counties. There is no charge for the clinic’s services.
The clinic and its staff are not able or authorized to give legal advice. The information and forms that the clinic makes available are not and should not be considered as a substitute for professional legal advice tailored to a specific fact situation. The clinic assumes no responsibility and accepts no liability for actions taken by users of documents made available by the clinic. If you want to obtain the services of an attorney, but do not know whom to contact, the clinic will refer you to counsel in your area or you may call the Lawyer Referral Service at the Pennsylvania Bar Association, (800) 692-7375.
While the clinic cannot provide legal advice, it does:
